Returns You, the customer, are the most important element of Alexandra Imports and we want to treat you that way. You can return any item if it does not meet your expectations, or those of a gift recipient. Our return policy is as follows: You may return any item, even those on sale, for full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving it. Your refund or exchange is processed the day we receive the item back. You will be responsible for the postage back to the Alexandra Imports office, however, a new item will be shipped to you at no cost. Please feel free to call or email with questions about items and we will work with you to make every transaction with Alexandra Imports a satisfying experience.

Shipping We offer FREE shipping for orders over $100 using UPS ground service only within the US (does not include Hawaii or Alaska). Shipping options include UPS ground, 2-day service and Fed Ex overnight. You can expect to receive your order in 5-7 business days with regular ground service. Please understand that we sometimes need to change the shipping quotes you receive at checkout to meet your needs. Those quotes will be addressed on an individual basis. Alexandra Imports also offers international shipping. Prices will be quoted on an individual basis (this includes Hawaii and Alaska).
